Features

A real floor-plan editor, minus the manual

Planaira fits in a tab and covers the whole journey — home, shop or office — from the first wall to the PDF you send your contractor.

2D drawing

Walls to the centimeter

The Room tool traces a full rectangle in one drag; the Wall tool goes point by point for L-shapes, T-shapes, angles. At any moment, type an exact length on the keyboard.

  • Keyboard input: “452” then Enter
  • Snapping to existing walls and corners
  • Areas and perimeters computed continuously
Catalog

Doors, windows, furniture: drag and drop

A side catalog in seven families: rooms, joinery, structure, furniture, garden, boundaries, plot. Every item sits on a wall or on the ground and adjusts in real dimensions — and search still finds a tile under a synonym or a typo.

  • Eleven dimensioned joinery types: door, double door, sliding door, window, french door, picture window, roof window, dormer, garage door, opening, bar
  • Structure: straight, quarter-turn, half-turn and spiral stairs, ramp, loft ladder, elevator, stairwell void, columns
  • Full furniture set: living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, office, laundry
  • Garden & plot: trees, hedges, fences, gate, pool, jacuzzi, deck, shed
3D view

Seven viewpoints, zero “generate” button

The 3D follows every stroke. Top, bottom, front, side, isometric, perspective, eye level — and the 1.10 m wall cut to inspect the inside from above, tops in violet.

  • Orbit: drag to rotate, wheel to zoom
  • Eye level: WASD to walk, Shift to run
  • Doors and windows that open, roofs you can show, levels you can stack
  • Twenty display styles: model, clay, blueprint, sketch, lego, neon…
AI renders

A photo of your space, realistic or stylised

Place the 3D view, pick a style, hit generate: AI turns the volume you drew into an image. Interior room by room, exterior whole building — the 3D depth map guides the render, so the walls, openings and proportions are the ones on your plan.

  • Nine interior moods: photorealistic, warm, Scandinavian, high-end, modern, industrial, bohemian, evening, sketch
  • Five exterior views: façade, on the street, on the plot, garden, aerial
  • As many variants as you like, a history of recent renders, image download
PDF export

The file your contractor expects

  • Markers ①② identical on plan and table
  • Column headers repeated on every page
  • Multi-level: one plan per floor
