Terms of use
Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of planaira.com, a 2D and 3D floor-plan editor (home, shop, office…) available from a browser. By using the service, you accept these terms.
Placeholder text — have it validated by a lawyer before going live.
The service
Planaira lets you draw plans — home, shop, office or other space —, view them in 3D, export them (PDF, 3D files) and, where applicable, use optional features described in the interface. The free offer and the Pro subscription are described on the Pricing page; limits (number of projects, watermark, etc.) may change.
Account and access
The basic editor can be used without an account. An account or identifier may be required for Pro or for some features. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity carried out through your access.
Your plans
Ownership. You remain the owner of the plans and content you create. You grant us a limited licence to host, back up or process that content only when the service requires it (for example synchronisation or a feature you launched).
Indicative nature. Plans produced with Planaira are provided for information only. They are not regulatory documents, permits, or surveyor’s measurements. You alone are responsible for their contractual, administrative or commercial use.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Planaira lawfully: no infringement of third-party rights, no attempt to circumvent service limits, no activity that would compromise the security or availability of the platform. We may suspend access in case of clear abuse.
Pro subscription
The Pro subscription has no minimum commitment unless otherwise stated on the Pricing page, and can be cancelled at any time under the terms indicated at subscription. Annual payment, where applicable, may be refundable within 30 days under the conditions shown. Prices are shown incl. or excl. VAT as stated on the Pricing page.
Intellectual property of the service
The software, the Planaira brand, marketing texts, illustrations and the interface remain the property of Planaira SAS or its licensors. No licence is granted beyond normal use of the service.
Availability and liability
We strive to keep the service available and safe, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, Planaira SAS is not liable for indirect damages, loss of local data on your device, or the use you make of exported plans. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts shall be those of the registered office of Planaira SAS, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply to you.
