Who is responsible

The data controller is Planaira SAS, publisher of planaira.com. For any question about your data: privacy@planaira.com.

What we collect — and what we do not

Free editor. Planaira works without an account. Your plans are stored locally in your browser (IndexedDB / local storage) and are not sent to our servers for basic use. We do not collect personal data to draw, save or export a plan locally.

Pro subscription. If you subscribe to Pro, we collect the data needed for the contractual relationship and billing: e-mail address, billing identity where applicable, and payment information processed by our payment provider (we do not store the full card number).

Technical use. Anonymised or pseudonymised technical logs (errors, load) may be used to maintain the service, without advertising profiling.

Optional services. Some features (for example AI ambience generation) only send data to a remote service when you explicitly trigger them. Details then appear in the interface at the time of the action.

Purposes and legal bases

Performance of the contract or pre-contractual measures: providing the editor, the Pro subscription and support. Legitimate interest: security, abuse prevention, technical improvement of the service. Legal obligation: accounting and tax retention of invoices. Consent: only where the law requires it for an optional processing clearly presented.

Cookies and local storage

The site does not use advertising tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers. Only technical storage is used: language and theme preferences, and local saving of your plans. This storage is necessary for the service to work or reflects your configuration choices.

Retention period

Local plans stay on your device until you delete them or clear the site data. Pro account and billing data are kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, then for as long as required by legal obligations (notably accounting). Technical logs are rotated over a short period.

Recipients and processors

Your data is not sold. It may be processed by providers acting on our behalf (hosting, payment, transactional e-mail), within the scope of their tasks and under a confidentiality commitment. In case of transfer outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards will be put in place.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object and port your data, under the conditions set by law. Exercise them by writing to privacy@planaira.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (or the authority in your country of residence).

Minors

The service is not intended for children under 16. If you believe a minor has sent us data, contact us so we can erase it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The version in force is the one published on this page. In case of a substantial change, notice will be displayed on the site.
