Planaira is a floor-plan editor that runs in the browser. Use it for a home, a shop or an office. These guides cover the essentials: drawing rooms, openings and furniture, exploring the 3D view, and sharing your work.
What you can do
Draw rooms freehand or with precise dimensions, place doors and windows, add furniture and outdoor elements, then watch the volume rise in 3D as you go — whether you are planning a flat, a house, a shop or an office.
Pick finishes as you go: floors, wall paints and wallpapers, furniture colours, rugs and curtains. When the plan is ready, export a PDF with surfaces and per-room dimension sheets, or take the 3D model out as glTF, USDZ or OBJ.
Where to start
The homepage shows the real 3D engine: compare Diorama, Clay and Realistic, rotate the house and open its roof. Captured previews remain available while loading or without 3D. The Plan and PDF steps show the same project.
The demo starts automatically: the plan is drawn, Volume opens the roof and zooms into the rooms, Styles shows Diorama, Clay and Realistic, then PDF completes the loop. Each style stays for three seconds. A click, drag, keyboard action or scroll pauses the sequence; it resumes from the current step after 15 seconds of inactivity. The Pause button stops it until you explicitly resume. It sleeps offscreen and in a hidden tab; reduced motion disables autoplay. Rotate still turns the house smoothly by 90°.
