Do I need an account?
The free plan needs no account to draw and save locally. During early access, though, access to the editor is by invitation: leave your email and you receive a magic link. Pro features may require an account when billing is enabled.
Where is my plan stored?
The plan itself lives in your browser’s IndexedDB on this device. Layout — zoom, 3D camera, the 2D/3D split — is stored beside it in `localStorage`. Settings can erase every saved plan at once, after a confirmation. Clearing site data removes both the library and the layout. Export a `.planaira` file for an editable backup, or a PDF or 3D file for sharing with other tools. A public 3D link also stores a copy of the geometry (not the background photo) on Planaira’s servers, with no expiry today.
Which browsers work?
The 2D plan works in any recent browser. The 3D view requires WebGPU: recent Chrome, Edge or Safari (Firefox depending on the platform). Tablets work; finger drawing is supported. A dedicated GPU helps for large plans and the Realistic style. The interior lighting of the Realistic style runs on Chromium browsers (Chrome, Edge) for now; elsewhere the 3D view keeps its previous lighting.
Can I change the wall height?
Yes. Settings hold a ceiling-height slider from 2.00 m to 4.00 m for the whole project. From the catalogue bar, with a room selected, you can then lower any one wall under that ceiling — never above it. A party wall drops on both sides at once. An opening on that wall follows the new height. In 3D, drag the badge on the top edge of a wall to do the same with the mouse. The control is hidden on a shipping container, an open-air room, or while a corner is rounded. A chip matches the ceiling again; lowering the project ceiling later keeps a wall that was already shorter. Thickness is set the same way (project-wide or wall by wall), and both undo in one step.

Which languages does Planaira speak?
The editor, the site and these guides are available in eight languages: English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, Chinese and Japanese. Switch with the language picker in the header; measurements follow the unit system chosen in settings.
Is my data sent to a server?
The editor runs in the browser. Plans stay local unless you use a feature that explicitly calls a remote service (for example AI ambiance generation on a configured pipeline).
